September Charlotte InfraGard Chapter Meeting

Please join the Charlotte InfraGard Chapter for the July Chapter Meeting.  We have two excellent speakers.  Also, the FBI will be selling FBI cups, mugs, shirts and accessories before and on the breaks at the meeting. We will have a copy of Joseph Topinka’s Book to raffle at the meeting.  In November, we will have a Law Enforcement focused Meeting.

Speaker Bio:

Joe is Board Chair of the Business Relationship Management Institute, an organization dedicated to the advancement BRM capability worldwide. Joe is also the founder of CIO Mentor, LLC, a consultancy focused on helping companies leverage the power of technology to achieve profit-driven business results. He is a two-time CIO of the Year award winner in both Charlotte (2015) and Minneapolis (2013). He is currently VP-CIO of SnapAV and is responsible for an innovative award-winning IoT-based platform call OvrC (pronounced oversee) that is changing the way home and SMB integrator serve their customers.

Speaker: Dustin Myers, Threat Intelligence Researcher, Rapid7, Inc.

Speaker Bio:

Dustin Myers is a Threat Intelligence Researcher with Rapid7, working with internet-scale scan and honeypot data to identify threat patterns, discover emerging attack campaigns, and make pretty graphs to awe his bosses. He is also developing new approaches to detect advanced persistent threats within customer networks. Prior to Rapid7, he worked for 10 years in the intelligence community learning why computer networks make access to information so easy. A native of North Carolina, Dustin enjoys spending his free time playing video games, hanging out with his wife, and watching movies.

Sign-in processing will now be conducted in the meeting room per Microsoft. Any Law Enforcement Officers who will be in attendance, and will be carrying need to either carry concealed or be in uniform.

For attendees who are not from the Charlotte Microsoft office, please fill out and bring this form with you to the meeting.
